Get to know us better

We understand that every startup has to follow its own journey. Each individual odyssey can transform a good idea into a global success and an initial business plan into a household name. The decisions made, connections forged, and milestones reached along the way are how young startups earn their place as leaders on the international stage and how some of them can transform our future for the better.

be our partner

We target companies for investment just as they are beginning to scale their business and operations. Headquartered in Tel Aviv and Boston and with years of experience in North America, Europe and Asia, we are excited to serve as a springboard for Israeli companies expanding globally.

The journey to success

Introduction call

After a successful due diligence process the investment committee will convene for a final decision. The committee will take into account the recommendation of the investment team as well as assess whether New Era can assist and add value as the potential company grows and expand.

thorough due diligence

This is your opportunity to show us in more detail why you believe in your solution.
We will ask for access to your data room, or any off-the-shelf materials you can share. Our typical DD process spans across:

  • ‍Team (e.g., experience, skillset), Product, tech, and IP (e.g., architecture, customer journeys)
  • ‍BizDev and financials (e.g., sales cycle, R&D investment)
  • Resiliency (e.g., concentration risk)
  • Market (e.g., bottom-up vs. top-down TAM analysis)
  • Competition (e.g., competitive advantage)

We may also conduct calls with external experts, as well as with existing customers, prospective customers, and other stakeholders (e.g., existing Board members)
The full process can range between 1-4 weeks, depending on follow-up questions and the status of the round.

Investment committee

We want to first take time to know you and your story, and introduce ourselves. The most successful partnerships we had started with a strong relationship from the first call.
At a high level, in a 1-hour call, we typically expect to get to know the team and understand the problem definition, solution, product & technology, market, GTM strategy, current status, and expected deal economics.
